Diamond housing can be built wider to keep the tires out of the suspension and body, also providing more stability.
Diamond housings are built from 3.5" x .375 wall DOM tube and 1/4" - 1/2" steel plate. They are engineered to be exceptionally strong in all off-road situations, which means bending or busting housings is a thing of the past.
ORS offers these housing direct to the public. Please call with any questions or check out more info at www.diamondaxle.com.
This kit requires the use of a Front Range Off-Road crossmember, ORS Crossmember or a custom crossmember. The bottom of the frame must be cleared. If using a gear drive (4 cylinder) Toyota transfer case ORS recommends the Front Range Off-Road crossmember setup. If using the stock 3.0L transfer case we recommend the ORS crossmember.
The following kits and sets are designed for either a 79-85 Toyota 4x4 / 4Runner axle housing or a Diamond axle housing. Please specify upon ordering.

1979-95 Front Coilover Suspension System - Bracket Kit
The ORS Brackets Sets are derived from the ORS Coilover System. This is perfect for the fabricator that wants to save the headache of designing frame and axle specific brackets but wants to design and build the rest of the suspension system.
These brackets are designed to fit the following joints and bushings:
- 1.25" FK Heims w/ high misalignment spacers and 5/8" bolts - Lower Control Arms, axle side
- .875" FK Heims w/ high misalignment spacers and 5/8" bolts - Upper Control Arms, axle side

The ORS shock hoop set is designed to mount 14" travel 2" or 2.5" body coilover shocks in our front coilover system. They are constructed from 1.75" x .120wall DOM tubing. P/U & 4Runner Performance Suspension Components
1986-95 Truck/4Runner, T100
If your 86-95 truck has a live axle swap and larger tires you will need to upgrade your frame rail at the steering gear sooner or later. The lateral force applied to the frame by the factory steering gear has a way of destroying the frame, spelling disaster on the trail. The Off Road Solutions IFS Frame Steering Brace Kit includes 2 weld on 1/4" laser cut reinforcement plates and the necessary hardware to mount the steering gear to the frame.
We see quite a lot of solid axle Toyotas out there that are not running bumpstops, and while it might not seem like a very important part of the suspension, it is. With out a properly set up bumpstop you can damage shocks, shock mounts and bend springs. After seeing this we decided to design something that was quick, easy and inexpensive. Our new bumpstop brackets mount on the frame just behind the axle and contact the leaf spring next to the axle housing. Common aftermarket bumpstops are used with the brackets, or can be purchased with the brackets.

One factor working against long travel in the rear suspension is the original shock mounts. With the shock absorbers in the original location, the leaf springs strike the shock bodies, causing damage and limiting travel. The mounts are also too close together to accommodate a long travel shock. The ORS Rear Long Travel Shock Mount set solves this problem by moving the shocks away from the springs and placing the mounting points further apart. This weld-in kit includes the upper hoop, lower mounts, gusset plates, and all necessary hardware. This kit allows the use of 12-16" travel shock absorbers, depending on ride height and application.

This kit from Front Range Off Road is a weld-in kit designed for the "do-it-yourselfer" wanting leaf springs and a solid axle under the front of their 86-95 4Runner. This kit includes spring hangars, shackles, frame tubing, a jig, bushings, gussets, and all necessary hardware to mount a set of leaf springs. A great deal of time was invested in this product to insure high quality, strength, proper geometry, and ease of installation. The Gen 3 “Caddy” 4x2 kit is so brutal on steering components that TCs design team had to develop an upgraded steering system to handle the punishment. TC offers this race proven setup that includes a gusseted factory centerlink and pitman arm designed to withstand load from larger tires and high speed impacts. This system requires using the Caddy idler arm and is designed to be used with TCs heim steering upgrade.

Sick and tired of destroying or constantly rebuilding idler arms on your 4wd trucks or 4Runners? This is the solution. Total Chaos offers the ultimate in beef for the weak link in IFS steering. Made from chromoly steel and built with double stacked sealed roller bearings, this idler arm will remove the slop and increase the strength of any IFS steering system, whether stock or long travel. The only modification necessary is drilling out the center link hole to 5/8". Combine with the heim steering upgrade to make bomb-proof IFS steering.

If your tie rods are limiting travel, or just getting tired of being abused, turn to this kit for pure steering strength. Using 3/4" heim joints in place of stock tie rods, this upgrade offers increased shear strength and a wider range of motion throughout the travel arc. Welding is required for double shear steering gussets.

Whether adding to the long travel kit to eliminate binding, or as a beefy addition to a stock rig, this conversion adds strength and simplicity to 86-95 IFS in place of the stock lower ball joints.
Be it rock crawling to high speed blasting, the A-arm sub-frame connecting the lower arms takes a beating. Over time, the unbraced rear mounts for these arms tends to pull apart, degrading alignment and weakening the front assembly. A few beads from the welder combined with this truss and the problem is solved. This builds a truss behind the front differential to prevent the back of the lower mounts from separating. At $38 this is an inexpensive piece of mind for IFS abusers.

Our harness is complete with the relays needed to make the differential operational at the push of a button. Our harness plugs directly into your E-Locker, preventing any custom splicing at the differential. Installation is a breeze and the harness is custom tailored to your wheelbase, selected axle, and battery location.

Toyota built a legend when they built the 22R. They really got it right when they built the 22R-E. While neither version is very fast, Toyota sure built a reliable fuel injection system. The ORS EFI Conversion Harness is designed to help the rest of the world achieve the 22R-E status. In this circuit there is the ECU (computer), the engine harness, and the body (dash main) harness. Unfortunately for those who want to convert, Toyota "tangled" about 40% of the EFI circuit into the body harness. As one may guess, this 40% is a necessary part of the EFI circuit. Our harness is designed to replace the body harness section of the circuit. This makes for an easy installation into an older Toyota, rock buggy, or whatever ya got.

We have designed an indestructible performance engine mount for the Toyota 22R & 22RE engines. These mounts are made of ¼” laser cut steel throughout, MIG welded, incorporate an oversized 2” poly bushing set and utilize grade 8 bolts. These mounts bolt directly to your engine block and mount to tabs that are welded on your frame*. They eliminate all OEM mounts on the engine block.

These ORS mounts are much stronger than your factory mounts. They will eliminate almost all drivetrain "wrap", allowing for a faster throttle response and less drivetrain slop. They are also ideal for the wheeler who likes to turn his/her rig upside-down, or jump their rig. Along with this, all "normal" drivetrain vibrations are translated to the cab a little more, so the customer will "feel" the engine a little more than with the Toyota mounts. However, these mounts are still smooth enough for daily driving.
These engine mounts are great for buggy and custom applications along with use in stock 22R or 22RE equipped vehicles.

These frame tabs allow for the installation of our 22R & 22RE performance engine mounts onto your 1979-1985 Truck or 4Runner. They are made out of ¼” laser cut steel and need to be welded onto your frame and bolt to the performance engine mount.
After years of perfecting our 3.4L swap we are proud to announce our new 3RZ wiring harnesses. Our harness will allow you to mate a 3RZ 2.7L from a Tacoma, 4Runner or T100 to your older Toyota or buggy. These are perfect for the person looking to complete this swap but not wanting to deal with the headache of "sorting out" the wiring.
As with most Toyota EFI systems, about 45% of the engine electrical circuit was placed in the main or "body" harness of anything with a 3RZ-FE engine. Using this main harness in a swap can be very difficult, frustrating and messy. The ORS harness is designed to replace this portion of the engine circuit in 3RZ swap.
This harness connects directly to the 3RZ-FE engine computer and engine harness. The ORS-EC101 also connects directly to your vehicle, making the wiring very simple. The ORS-EC100 is designed for something without an engine wiring circuit already in place, such as a rock buggy or carbuerated truck. Wire leads from this harness are connected to +, ground, and start signals, still a simple install.

3RZ 2.7L Conversion Wiring Harness Manual Transmission- ORS-EC101      $600.00Takes all the wiring guess work out of a 3RZ conversion. This harness allows you to plug a 3RZ engine and computer straight into your 85 - 95 EFI Toyota truck.

The frame and bumper mounts in the front of the 84-95 4Runner are not sufficient when heavy-duty bumpers are used. Often times the result is a bent and cracked frame. This weld-on frame brace greatly reinforces the front of the frame and bumper mounts.

The majority of the kit is constructed with 1.75" x .120 wall DOM steel tubing. The 2 upper horizontal tubes are constructed of 1.5" x .120 wall DOM steel tube. This kit will retain full use of the windows, glove box, seat belts, seats and partial use of the visors. This ORS cage kit is designed to fit the vehicle very tight to provide the passengers with maximum interior space. This kit is sold non-assembled and will require assembly/welding. All tubing is pre-bent, pre-cut and pre-notched. No or very little fitting is required for a perfect fit.
A new feature of this kit is its ability to "tie" to the frame x body mounts. The footplates are specially designed to accept our "Body Mount Tie-In" kit (not included). With this kit, the cage footplates directly bolt to the frame x body mount, providing serious strength at the mounting locations. The cage footplates are also specifically designed to fit the floor and are much larger than tradional cage footplates, providing even more additional strength at the mounting points.

The Off Road Solutions '84-'89 4Runner Rear Cage Kit is truly one-of-a-kind. This kit is a great addition to our In-Cab Cage Kit (front) to extend your cage to the rear of the vehicle. This kit includes a rear hoop, 4 "mid" stringers, 2 rear down-tubes, 2 rear side-tubes, a rear center brace, 4 footplates and hardware. This cage is kit is uniquely styled to look very unique, especially with the top removed. This kit is also designed to fit inside the top very tightly, providing the passengers with as much interior room as possible. The ORS cage kit will bolt directly to the rear fender in place of the OEM "rollbar". A large foot plate is also included to tie to the rear corner of the body. As with the front kit, the rear footplates are designed to be extra-large and have the abililty to "tie" to the body x frame mounts. This will provide superior mounting strength.
NOTE: The ORS In-Cab Cage Kit (front portion), ORS-CA103 is required for the use of this kit.
This tube is designed to fit the ORS In-Cab Cage Kit, ORS-CA103, as an additional support across the front portion of the cage. This 1.5" x .120wall DOM steel tube is pre-cut and pre-notched. NOTE: We recommend installing this tube during the cage installation to ensure a proper fit.

The ORS Body Mount Tie-In Kit is designed to work in conjunction with the ORS In-Cab Cage Kit. This kit will "tie" the cage footplates directly to the frame x body mounts. First of all, this kit includes replacement polyurethane body mounts to replace the OEM rubber and provide a stiffer joint at the body mount. The body mount holes are drilled out and sleeves are provided to upgrade the mount bolt diameter to 1/2" (OEM is about 3/8"). Machined spacers are also provdided to fill the gap between body mount top and the floor (recessed). The 1/2" bolts are then fastened throught the footplates, spacers, body mount, then the frame mount. This kit is a must for applications where a very strong connection to the vehicle is desired. The kit includes a full polyurethane mount replacement set, all necessary hardware and machined spacers for the footplates.
