•Mandrel Bends
These pieces can be used to construct your own exhaust system. They are mandrel bent, meaning that
there is no diameter reduction in the bend, unlike standard exhaust bends. This means less
turbulence is created in the exhaust system, allowing increased airflow. This method of building
exhaust is a favorite for high-end race applications and is also a favorite here in our shop.
Mandrel pieces can be cut, fit, and welded together to create any exhaust system you can dream up.

These weld on exhaust flanges use a 3 bolt pattern and are made of mild steel. They are designed
for use with a flat gasket and can be placed anywhere a serviceable junction is needed. Flanges
are sold individually, so a pair will be needed to make one junction.
•Catalytic Converter

These Magna Flow converters are designed for universal applications. We have found the 2.5" and
2.25" diameter converters to work very well behind a Toyota engine. 2001 and later models may
require a larger capacity converter to satisfy the emission control system, and are available upon request.
•Flex Coupling

These flex couplings are highly recommended for any exhaust system. They are used to protect
expensive items in the exhaust system, such as headers, from the movement of the engine. These
stainless steel units weld inline with the system and are also very handy in situations where
clearances are tight.
•Exhaust Hanger

These J-hook hangars can be welded onto the exhaust tube and chassis anywhere that an exhaust hangar is desired.
•Rubber Isolator

These 2 hole isolators are used between a set of J-hooks to "hang" the exhaust system.
