The following kits are intended for '79-'95 Toyota trucks and 4Runners. When using these kits on vehicles originally equipped with the 22R, 22R-E, or 22R-TE engine, the ORS weld-on motor mounts or performance motor mounts are required (or customer fabricated motor mounts). 22R and 22R-E equipped vehicles will also require the use of a different transmission, see our technical aricle for details. Tacomas, Tundras and 4Runners with the 3.4L V6 have an oil pan sump in the front of the engine. This prevents the installation of this engine into an older 2WD, '79-'85 4x4, or SAS’d vehicle. The parts needed are found on a 2WD T100 and convert the pan, sump, and dipstick setup to the rear. This kit includes all the parts needed to complete the rear sump swap-over. Genuine NEW Toyota parts include: oil pan, sump, sump gasket, pan gasket maker, dip stick, dip stick tube, tube adapter, and tube O-ring. Also included are a tap and plug to seal the original dip stick tube hole.

As many may know, the '00 and newer versions of the Toyota 3.4L require a hole be drilled into the block to accept the dipstick tube during a rear sump oil pan installation, such as during an engine swap or live axle conversion.

Crossover Pipe •3.4L Conversion Crossover Pipe

The OEM 3.4L exhaust uses a crossover pipe that ties the two manifolds together behind the engine, above the bell housing. This pipe, however, exits on the passenger side. It is more difficult to route the exhaust down the passenger side, due to brake and fuel lines, the transfer case, and the fuel tank. 3.4L Conversion Crossover Pipe This ORS custom crossover pipe is similar to the 3.4L OEM unit, but routes both banks to the driver side. This "dumps" the exhaust on the proper side of an older Toyota, keeping the undercarriage free of any crossover exhaust pipes. When ordering an ORS crossover pipe, note the year of the donor engine. This will denote the type of exhaust manifolds on the engine (either can be used). The manifold flanges (2) on the OEM crossover of your 3.4L must be provided, or a core charge will be incurred. Crossover pipe includes new manifold exhaust studs, exhaust nuts, manifold gaskets, and a weld-on flange with necessary gasket and hardware to continue the exhaust system.

We set out to design an indestructible set of motor mounts for the popular Toyota 3.4L V6 (5VZ-FE). Here is that set. These mounts utilize over-sized 2.5" polyurethane bushings and 5/8" grade 8 hardware. They are laser-cut from 1/4" steel and mig-welded. They completely bolt to the engine side, using the stock holes PLUS 2 additional mounting holes on each side. Their completely boxed construction makes them very rigid and the enlarged bolt pattern allows excellent shear resistance.

ORS 3.4L Performance Motor Mount These ORS mounts will eliminate almost all drivetrain "wrap", allowing for a faster throttle response and less drivetrain slop. They are also ideal for the 'wheeler who likes to turn his/her rig upside-down. Along with this, all "normal" drivetrain vibrations are translated to the cab a little more, so the customer will "feel" the engine a little more than with the Toyota mounts.

ORS 3.4L Performance Motor Mount These mounts are perfect for 3.4L engine swaps into anything from an older mini-truck to a rock buggy. This ORS mount set will fit all 3.4L V6 engines, front or rear oil sump. The basic mount set is for the motor side only and includes: 2 mounts, bushings, bushing sleeves, and all necessary hardware. Mounts are sold unpainted. Frame mounting brackets are available separately. Those with a race/rock buggy or wanting to fabricate their own frame brackets will only need the mount set (ORS-EC071).

The '86-'95 Frame is unique due to the upper control arm mounts. The 3.4L Performance Motor Mounts require some frame cutting of the upper control arm mounts. This weld-in bracket set includes plates to cap the frame after trimming. The ORS '86-'95 Frame Bracket Set also includes 1/4" laser-cut mount tabs and gussets. When performing the 3.4L swap on a 22R equipped vehicle, these mounts are needed to prepare the frame for the V6 engine. The 22R OEM frame mounts are completely removed and these mounts are welded in place. Installation is simple and instructions are provided.

Toyota built a legend when they built the 22R. They really got it right when they built the 22R-E. While neither version is very fast, Toyota sure built a reliable fuel injection system. The ORS EFI Conversion Harness is designed to help the rest of the world achieve the 22R-E status. In this circuit there is the ECU (computer), the engine harness, and the body (dash main) harness. Unfortunately for those who want to convert, Toyota "tangled" about 40% of the EFI circuit into the body harness. As one may guess, this 40% is a necessary part of the EFI circuit. Our harness is designed to replace the body harness section of the circuit. This makes for an easy installation into an older Toyota, rock buggy, or whatever ya got.

•22R & 22RE Performance Motor Mounts

We have designed an indestructible performance motor mount for the Toyota 22R & 22RE engines. These mounts are made of ¼” laser cut steel throughout, MIG welded, incorporate an oversized 2” poly bushing set and utilize grade 8 bolts. These mounts bolt directly to your engine block and mount to tabs that are welded on your frame*. They eliminate all OEM mounts on the engine block.

These ORS mounts are much stronger than your factory mounts. They will eliminate almost all drivetrain "wrap", allowing for a faster throttle response and less drivetrain slop. They are also ideal for the 'wheeler who likes to turn his/her rig upside-down, or jump their rig. Along with this, all "normal" drivetrain vibrations are translated to the cab a little more, so the customer will "feel" the engine a little more than with the Toyota mounts. However, these mounts are still smooth enough for daily driving.

These motor mounts are great for buggy and custom applications along with use in stock 22R or 22RE equipped vehicles.

3RZ-FE Engine Swap Harnesses

After years of perfecting our 3.4L swap we are proud to announce our new 3RZ wiring harnesses. Our harness will allow you to mate a 3RZ 2.7L from a Tacoma, 4Runner or T100 to your older Toyota or buggy. These are perfect for the person looking to complete this swap but not wanting to deal with the headache of "sorting out" the wiring.

As with most Toyota EFI systems, about 45% of the engine electrical circuit was placed in the main or "body" harness of anything with a 3RZ-FE engine. Using this main harness in a swap can be very difficult, frustrating and messy. The ORS harness is designed to replace this portion of the engine circuit in 3RZ swap.

This harness connects directly to the 3RZ-FE engine computer and engine harness. The ORS-EC101 also connects directly to your vehicle, making the wiring very simple. The ORS-EC100 is designed for something without an engine wiring circuit already in place, such as a rock buggy or carbuerated truck. Wire leads from this harness are connected to +, ground, and start signals, still a simple install.

-At this time we are only offering the harnesses in a manual transmission application.

FToy Rig Ever beat your head against a wall on a custom build with hard to read wiring diagrams and a dizzying rat's nest of wires? We took a great leap with our conversion harnesses being able to plug into an existing, basic electrical system, but a problem still lied in the way for our customers building rock buggies, race trucks, custom builds, or a vehicle with faulty older wiring needing to be completely replaced. Essentially this is our conversion harness, plus the rest of the entire vehicle's (save the engine harness) wiring. These harnesses are for the same engine applications: 22R-E, 3RZ-FE, and 5VZ-FE. To dispel confusion, this harness DOES NOT ELIMINATE the need for an ECU and the engine/injector harness; they are still needed for your engine to, well, work.

Monster Stand Alone Wiring Harness Our wiring harnesses are a testament to our professional standards for quality workmanship. All connections are glued heat shrunk for corrosion resistance and a long dependable life. Not only that, but all the connections come with easy to read labels and instructions as well, so you aren't guessing what goes where and spending hours scratching your head. We don't stop there either; all the wires are fully loomed and taped for protection as though you are getting this custom harness from Toyota themselves. Finally to top it all off, we don't sacrifice quality and dependability by using only a few relays. We use enough relays to safely carry all the circuits needed in each specified application. What this translates to is more wheeling and peace of mind, knowing that you will never have to think of your wiring harness again.

The base harness comes with the engine conversion portion, ignition/accessory/start switches and relays, main fusible link, charging system circuit, and fuse panels that can be easily added to. Also, all switches are rocker switches (like ARB locking differential's) that not only function well but also provide a professional, "cool" look. The customer simply connects this harness to the battery's positive terminal and connects to ground. The only wiring left for the customer is the battery cables.
