When aftermarket lift kits are installed on the ’07 and up Tundra, the OEM
suspension loses caster. TOTAL CHAOS developed the first stock length replacement
upper control arm system that is intended to replace the factory caster that is
lost when any aftermarket 3" lift is installed. When you alter the factory caster,
the vehicle will lose on road handling & performance and has a tendency to wander
when driving down the road. Installing a set of TOTAL CHAOS UCA’s can replace up
to 3 degrees of lost caster as well as increase wheel travel with some brands of
aftermarket coil over shocks. These upper control arms also replace the stock upper
ball joint with a 1" uniball, eliminating a weak link in the front suspension.
This kit is designed to increase on highway and off road handling and overall
performance without irreversible modifications to the vehicle. This system is
100% bolt on and maintains all factory mounting locations.

Total Chaos offers the replacement Upper Control Arm (UCA) system for your 6 lug
2005+ Tacoma pickup, 2003-2007 4Runner and 2007+ FJ Cruiser that upgrades the
factory ball joint to a 1" Uniball and remains 100% bolt-on. When aftermarket lifts
are installed on these vehicles, the OEM suspension loses caster. By altering the
factory caster, the vehicle will lose on road handling & performance and has a
tendency to wander when driving down the road. TC developed the UCAs to add caster
to the suspension when aftermarket coil over shocks and other lifts are installed.
This will increases overall handling and aids in the alignment of the vehicle. Built
using all chromoly tubing and 1" Teflon lined Uniballs, these stock length upper
control arms simply bolt to the existing factory a-arm location and pivot on urethane
bushings. TC has manufactured a press in spindle adapter and uses a 9/16" grade 8
bolt. This complete kit includes heat treated hi-misalignment spacers and zinc plated
end washers. Zerk fittings are included in all pivots and the kit comes complete with
hardware, urethane bushings, inner sleeves, and install instructions.
•Total Chaos (TC) 07+ FJ Cruiser/Taco/4Runner Front Long Travel Suspension Kit $3409
The new FJC suspension system is based off the same suspension platform as the
03+ 4Runners and the 05+ Tacomas. TC’s Long Travel (LT) kit incorporates a uniball
upper control arm, remains 100% bolt-on, and features a pre-tabbed lower control
arm to include dual 2.5 shocks. The dual 2.5 shock option offers maximum tuneability
to customize your ride for your specific application. Installing the primary coil
over is necessary to install the kit, but the addition of a secondary smooth body
or bypass shock being installed is available to achieve maximum performance. Unlike
previous models, changes made to the spindle and steering system on the new models
have allowed for the development of a lower uniball conversion to be incorporated
into this suspension system. Unlike other systems on the market, the TOTAL CHAOS
system does not drop the spindle, retaining vehicle ground clearance. The long travel
kit will provide a true 13" of usable wheel travel while retaining 4wd. TC offers
custom machined 4340 extended axles that will need to be reinserted into the factory
inner and outer CV joints to retain 4wd. This kit is for the front suspension only!

DR teamed their adjustable bolt-in coilovers with their performance rear springs
and shocks. The coilovers are engineered to maximize the performance of your stock
suspension system. With a 2.5" body they prevent overheating (the prime cause of
shock fade) and are stuffed with a stout and durable 7/8" Nitro-Steel shaft, which
