The Aisin lockout kit should include the following:

• Aisin lockout body x 2
• Aisin lockout cover x 2
• Cover bolt x 12
• Tapered cone washer, 8mm x 12
• Flat washer, 8mm x 12
• Nut, 8mm x 1.25 x 12
• Retaining bolt w/ large washer x 2

1) If the hub body and cover are assembled, separate these pieces.

2) Lightly coat all inside surfaces with a multi-purpose wheel bearing grease.

3) Install the hub gasket (provided w/ conversion kit) and lockout body onto the hub.

4) Install the tapered cone washers, flat washers, and 8mm nuts onto the studs in that order. Tighten the nuts in a criss-cross pattern to 23 ft-lb.

5) Install the snap ring on the axle shaft (provided with the conversion kit).

6) Install the retaining bolt with large washer in the end of the axle shaft and tighten.

7) Install the gasket and hub cover. Install and tighten the hub cover bolts to 7 ft-lb.
