Prices
We do our best to ensure that product and shipping prices are correct. In the case of an incorrect price we reserve the right to cancel or modify the affected orders. Any increases will be discussed with the customer first (we won’t charge you more than your original order total without your approval).
Shipping
We will ship your order as soon as possible. You will be notified of any excessive delays due to stock shortage or other issues. Due to the custom nature of some of our products, such as the wiring harnesses, some orders may require extra time to be completed. Shipments will not require signature upon delivery. If you have time requirements or need signature confirmation please contact us prior to placing your order. All shipments are insured for package value except USPS Flat Rate boxes.
Once a package has been picked up by the carrier, it is not the responsibility of Off Road Solutions. Package delivery delays caused by weather, disasters, carrier errors, etc. are not the responsibility of Off Road Solutions, nor can Off Road Solutions do anything to locate the package or speed up delivery. If a package is delayed, we recommend contacting the carrier directly, using the provided tracking number for that package. If a package has been declared lost by the carrier, Off Road Solutions will gladly assist in the related insurance claim and appropriate steps at that point.
International Shipping: Any and all duties, tariffs, customs fees, and taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Off Road Solutions charges a shipping fee, but it does not cover the aforementioned costs.
Return Policy (applies to all purchases):
- 15% restocking fee on all returns
- No returns after 30 days
- No returns on electrical parts or special orders
