One factor working against long travel in the rear suspension is the original shock mounts. With the shock absorbers in the original location, the leaf springs strike the shock bodies, causing damage and limiting travel. The mounts are also too close together to accommodate a long travel shock. The ORS Rear Long Travel Shock Mount set solves this problem by moving the shocks away from the springs and placing the mounting points further apart. This weld-in kit includes the upper hoop, lower mounts, gusset plates, and all necessary hardware. This kit allows the use of 12-16" travel shock absorbers, depending on ride height and application.

This kit converts 86-95 IFS from stock torsion bars to performance oriented coilovers while allowing the addition of bypass shocks for the ultimate in dampening. The Gen 3 “Caddy” 4x2 kit is so brutal on steering components that TCs design team had to develop an upgraded steering system to handle the punishment. TC offers this race proven setup that includes a gusseted factory centerlink and pitman arm designed to withstand load from larger tires and high speed impacts. This system requires using the Caddy idler arm and is designed to be used with TCs heim steering upgrade.

Sick and tired of destroying or constantly rebuilding idler arms on your 4wd trucks or 4Runners? This is the solution. Total Chaos offers the ultimate in beef for the weak link in IFS steering. Made from chromoly steel and built with double stacked sealed roller bearings, this idler arm will remove the slop and increase the strength of any IFS steering system, whether stock or long travel. The only modification necessary is drilling out the center link hole to 5/8". Combine with the heim steering upgrade to make bomb-proof IFS steering.

If your tie rods are limiting travel, or just getting tired of being abused, turn to this kit for pure steering strength. Using 3/4" heim joints in place of stock tie rods, this upgrade offers increased shear strength and a wider range of motion throughout the travel arc. Welding is required for double shear steering gussets.

Whether adding to the long travel kit to eliminate binding, or as a beefy addition to a stock rig, this conversion adds strength and simplicity to 86-95 IFS in place of the stock lower ball joints.
Be it rock crawling to high speed blasting, the A-arm sub-frame connecting the lower arms takes a beating. Over time, the unbraced rear mounts for these arms tends to pull apart, degrading alignment and weakening the front assembly. A few beads from the welder combined with this truss and the problem is solved. This builds a truss behind the front differential to prevent the back of the lower mounts from separating. At $38 this is an inexpensive piece of mind for IFS abusers.

This lift bracket is a must for any lifted Toyota equipped with a rear brake LSPV (Load Sensing Proportioning Valve). The LSPV is used to regulate rear brake pressure based on ride height, due to vehicle load. When a vehicle is lifted, the LSPV will compensate for a lighter load, decreasing rear brake pressure. This bracket can be used to raise the axle mount for the LSPV, bringing the rear brake pressure back to normal operating range. This bracket kit is available for 2.5", 4", and 6" lift heights and comes with mounting hardware.

Finally a race inspired bolt on lift spindle for your 2005+ Tacoma Prerunner, 07+ FJ 4x2 and 03-08 4Runner 4x2. TOTAL CHAOS spindles are designed to add an additional 3.5” of lift and can be installed with existing aftermarket mid travel upper control arm and coil over shock packages. These systems combined provide 6”+ of lift and maximum cross member ground clearance, allowing you to Install up to a 35” tire. Our tubular tower and plate design features internal gussets along with overlay plates to add strength and reinforcement to proven weak areas. The tower includes a tapered bung that offers a pocket to access the aftermarket uniball conversion nut or thefactory ball joint. The CNC machined billet hub includes a one piece bearing carrier, and caliper mounts that are integrated into the boxed main body. To maximize strength, TCs spindle was designed to not retain the factory sway bar. With the heavier spring rates of aftermarket coil over shocks and the increased track width provided by the spindles (3/4” per side), the sway bar removal is not noticeable. Removing the sway bar also allows for maximum wheel travel and articulation which will greatly improve the vehicles off road handling and performance. TOTAL CHAOS lift spindles come powder coated black and include a pair of D.O.T. approved stainless extended brake lines. Lift spindles that are intended to be installed with TC long travel systems must be specified at time of purchase. ABS wire tabs and brake line tabs are included to aid in routing the lines away from contact areas to prevent damage to these components.

When aftermarket lift kits are installed on the 07 and up Tundra, the OEM suspension loses caster. TOTAL CHAOS developed the first stock length replacement upper control arm system that is intended to replace the factory caster that is lost when any aftermarket 3" lift is installed. When you alter the factory caster, the vehicle will lose on road handling & performance and has a tendency to wander when driving down the road. Installing a set of TOTAL CHAOS UCAs can replace up to 3 degrees of lost caster as well as increase wheel travel with some brands of aftermarket coil over shocks. Total Chaos offers the replacement Upper Control Arm (UCA) system for your 6 lug 2005+ Tacoma pickup, 2003-2007 4Runner and 2007+ FJ Cruiser that upgrades the factory ball joint to a 1" Uniball and remains 100% bolt-on. When aftermarket lifts are installed on these vehicles, the OEM suspension loses caster. By altering the factory caster, the vehicle will lose on road handling & performance and has a tendency to wander when driving down the road. TC developed the UCAs to add caster to the suspension when aftermarket coil over shocks and other lifts are installed. This will increases overall handling and aids in the alignment of the vehicle. Built using all chromoly tubing and 1" Teflon lined Uniballs, these stock length upper control arms simply bolt to the existing factory a-arm location and pivot on urethane bushings. TC has manufactured a press in spindle adapter and uses a 9/16" grade 8 bolt. This complete kit includes heat treated hi-misalignment spacers and zinc plated end washers. Zerk fittings are included in all pivots and the kit comes complete with hardware, urethane bushings, inner sleeves, and install instructions.

The new FJC suspension system is based off the same suspension platform as the 03+ 4Runners and the 05+ Tacomas. TCs Long Travel (LT) kit incorporates a uniball upper control arm, remains 100% bolt-on, and features a pre-tabbed lower control arm to include dual 2.5 shocks. The dual 2.5 shock option offers maximum tuneability to customize your ride for your specific application. Installing the primary coil over is necessary to install the kit, but the addition of a secondary smooth body or bypass shock being installed is available to achieve maximum performance. Unlike previous models, changes made to the spindle and steering system on the new models have allowed for the development of a lower uniball conversion to be incorporated into this suspension system. Unlike other systems on the market, the TOTAL CHAOS system does not drop the spindle, retaining vehicle ground clearance. The long travel kit will provide a true 13" of usable wheel travel while retaining 4wd. TC offers custom machined 4340 extended axles that will need to be reinserted into the factory inner and outer CV joints to retain 4wd. This kit is for the front suspension only!
