 The Off Road Solutions '84-'89 In-Cab Cage Kit is our most comprehensive cage kit yet. This cage kit  includes a main hoop, 2 A-pillars, a center overhead tube, 2 upper horizontal tubes, 4 foot plates, 2  gussetts and hardware. The majority of the kit is constructed with 1.75" x .120 wall DOM steel tubing. The 2  upper horizontal tubes are constructed of 1.5" x .120 wall DOM steel tube. This kit will retain full use of the windows, glove box, seat belts, seats and partial use of the visors. This ORS cage kit is designed to fit the vehicle very tight to provide the passengers with maximum interior space. This kit is sold non-assembled and will require assembly/welding. All tubing is pre-bent, pre-cut and pre-notched. No or very little fitting is required for a perfect fit.

A new feature of this kit is its ability to "tie" to the frame x body mounts. The footplates are specially designed to accept our "Body Mount Tie-In" kit (not included). With this kit, the cage footplates directly bolt to the frame x body mount, providing serious strength at the mounting locations. The cage footplates are also specifically designed to fit the floor and are much larger than tradional cage footplates, providing even more additional strength at the mounting points.

 The Off Road Solutions '84-'89 4Runner Rear Cage Kit is truly one-of-a-kind. This kit is a great addition to  our In-Cab Cage Kit (front) to extend your cage to the rear of the vehicle. This kit includes a rear hoop, 4  "mid" stringers, 2 rear down-tubes, 2 rear side-tubes, a rear center brace, 4 footplates and hardware. The  majority of the kit is constructed from 1.75" x .120 wall DOM steel tubing and the top center stringers are constructed of 1.5" x .120 wall DOM steel tubing. This kit is sold non-assembled and will require assembly/welding. All tubing is pre-bent, pre-cut, and pre-notched. No or very little fitting is required for a perfect install.

This cage is kit is uniquely styled to look very unique, especially with the top removed. This kit is also designed to fit inside the top very tightly, providing the passengers with as much interior room as possible. The ORS cage kit will bolt directly to the rear fender in place of the OEM "rollbar". A large foot plate is also included to tie to the rear corner of the body. As with the front kit, the rear footplates are designed to be extra-large and have the abililty to "tie" to the body x frame mounts. This will provide superior mounting strength.
NOTE: The ORS In-Cab Cage Kit (front portion), ORS-CA103 is required for the use of this kit.

 Dash Brace Tube - ORS-CA105      $50.00
 This tube is designed to fit the ORS In-Cab Cage Kit, ORS-CA103, as an additional support across the front  portion of the cage. This 1.5" x .120wall DOM steel tube is pre-cut and pre-notched. NOTE: We recommend  installing this tube during the cage installation to ensure a proper fit.



 Front In Cab Cage Body Mount Tie In Kit

 The ORS Body Mount Tie-In Kit is designed to work in conjunction with the ORS In-Cab Cage Kit. This kit will  "tie" the cage footplates directly to the frame x body mounts. First of all, this kit includes replacement  polyurethane body mounts to replace the OEM rubber and provide a stiffer joint at the body mount. The  body mount holes are drilled out and sleeves are provided to upgrade the mount bolt diameter to 1/2" (OEM  is about 3/8"). Machined spacers are also provdided to fill the gap between body mount top and the floor (recessed). The 1/2" bolts are then fastened throught the footplates, spacers, body mount, then the frame mount. This kit is a must for applications where a very strong connection to the vehicle is desired. The kit includes a full polyurethane mount replacement set, all necessary hardware and machined spacers for the footplates.

 Rear Body Mount Tie-In Kit '84-'89 4Runner - ORS-CA107      $23.08

 This kit will complete the cage "Tie-In" for the '84-'89 4Runner Rear In-Cab Cage Portion. This kit requires  the use of ORS-CA106. Since all the body mount bushings are included in the front kit this kit only  supplements with the necessary machined spacers and bushings to complete the "tie-in".
NOTE: Becuase the cage will be welded to the footplates, this kit can only be easily installed at the time of the cage installation.
 2" x 8" Tubing Sleeve - ORS-CA010      $10.00 each
 This is a 2" diameter by 8" long piece of tubing that is used to sleeve 1.75" cage kits. If you cut your cage  to put it in the truck and need to put it back together without worrying about integrity, you need these  sleeves.

1.5" Wheel Spacers

 Each spacer is made from T6 Billet 6061 Aluminum and has a wheel pattern of 6 on 5.5 pattern, with Grade  10.9 (American Grade 8 Equivalent) 12mm studs and nuts. Easy to install: remove wheel, bolt on wheel  spacer with provided nuts, reinstall wheel. Suggested Lug Nut Torque Rating: 75-80 ft-lbs. Do Not Exceed  85 ft-lbs.

Dual E-Locker Harness

 If you are installing a Toyota electric-locking differential in your front and rear axle, ORS has the wiring  solution for you. The actuator on the Toyota E-locker uses a switched motor which prevents simple wiring.  We are proud to introduce our new Dual E-Locker Harness. Our harness is complete with the relays needed  to make the differential operational at the push of a button, and runs both the front and rear E-Locker. Our  harness plugs directly into your E-Lockers, preventing any custom splicing at the differential. Installation is a breeze and the harness is custom tailored to your wheelbase, selected axles, and battery location.

Important: When ordering online please specify the following in the Notes section: year and model of truck, front locker year and model, rear locker year and model, and whether your battery is located on the front driver side or front passenger side of the engine bay. We also need to know if the lockers are high or low pinion. Please call or email for custom applications.

 Finally a race inspired bolt on lift spindle for your 2005+ Tacoma Prerunner, 07+ FJ 4x2 and 03-08 4Runner  4x2. TOTAL CHAOS spindles are designed to add an additional 3.5” of lift and can be installed with existing  aftermarket mid travel upper control arm and coil over shock packages. These systems combined provide  6”+ of lift and maximum cross member ground clearance, allowing you to Install up to a 35” tire. Our tubular tower and plate design features internal gussets along with overlay plates to add strength and reinforcement to proven weak areas. The tower includes a tapered bung that offers a pocket to access the aftermarket uniball conversion nut or thefactory ball joint. The CNC machined billet hub includes a one piece bearing carrier, and caliper mounts that are integrated into the boxed main body. To maximize strength, TC’s spindle was designed to not retain the factory sway bar. With the heavier spring rates of aftermarket coil over shocks and the increased track width provided by the spindles (3/4” per side), the sway bar removal is not noticeable. Removing the sway bar also allows for maximum wheel travel and articulation which will greatly improve the vehicles off road handling and performance. TOTAL CHAOS lift spindles come powder coated black and include a pair of D.O.T. approved stainless extended brake lines. Lift spindles that are intended to be installed with TC long travel systems must be specified at time of purchase. ABS wire tabs and brake line tabs are included to aid in routing the lines away from contact areas to prevent damage to these components.

Monster Harness


 Monster Standalone Wiring Harness     
 Ever beat your head against a wall on a custom build with hard to read wiring diagrams and a dizzying rat's  nest of wires? We took a great leap with our conversion harnesses being able to plug into an existing, basic  electrical system, but a problem still lied in the way for our customers building rock buggies, race trucks,  custom builds, or a vehicle with faulty older wiring needing to be completely replaced. Essentially this is our  conversion harness, plus the rest of the entire vehicle's (save the engine harness) wiring. These harnesses are for the same engine applications: 22R-E, 3RZ-FE, and 5VZ-FE. To dispel confusion, this harness DOES NOT ELIMINATE the need for an ECU and the engine/injector harness; they are still needed for your engine to, well, work.

Our wiring harnesses are a testament to our professional standards for quality workmanship. Our harnesses have found their way into rigs such as WEROCK world champion Brian Ellinger’s F-Toy and other WEROCK and F-Toy rigs. See Brian's harness (pictured). This harness has all the bells and whistles, running many more circuits than the base harness we sell, so if it looks big, that is because it is.

All connections are glued heat shrunk for corrosion resistance and a long dependable life. Not only that, but all the connections come with easy to read labels and instructions as well, so you aren't guessing what goes where and spending hours scratching your head. We don't stop there either; all the wires are fully loomed and taped for protection as though you are getting this custom harness from Toyota themselves. Finally to top it all off, we don't sacrifice quality and dependability by using only a few relays. We use enough relays to safely carry all the circuits needed in each specified application. What this translates to is more wheeling and peace of mind, knowing that you will never have to think of your wiring harness again.

The base harness comes with the engine conversion portion, ignition/accessory/start switches and relays, main fusible link, charging system circuit, and fuse panels that can be easily added to. Also, all switches are rocker switches (like ARB locking differential's) that not only function well but also provide a professional, "cool" look. The customer simply connects this harness to the battery's positive terminal and connects to ground. The only wiring left for the customer is the battery cables.

These kits can be custom tailored for length and are completely customizable, so if you want a pimp version like Brian, you can get it. Upon request additional circuits can be added for an additional charge. These include: Headlights, Taillights/Turn signals, Brake light, Auxiliary lights, Horn, Radio, Gauges, Etc. 22R & 22RE Performance Engine Mounts and Frame Brackets


 22R & 22RE Performance Engine Mounts - ORS-EC010      $250.00
 We have designed an indestructible performance engine mount for the Toyota 22R & 22RE engines. These  mounts are made of ¼” laser cut steel throughout, MIG welded, incorporate an oversized 2” poly bushing set  and utilize grade 8 bolts. These mounts bolt directly to your engine block and mount to tabs that are welded  on your frame*. They eliminate all OEM mounts on the engine block.

These ORS mounts are much stronger than your factory mounts. They will eliminate almost all drivetrain "wrap", allowing for a faster throttle response and less drivetrain slop. They are also ideal for the 'wheeler who likes to turn his/her rig upside-down, or jump their rig. Along with this, all "normal" drivetrain vibrations are translated to the cab a little more, so the customer will "feel" the engine a little more than with the Toyota mounts. However, these mounts are still smooth enough for daily driving.

These engine mounts are great for buggy and custom applications along with use in stock 22R or 22RE equipped vehicles.
*frame tabs are sold separately and are available for 1979-85 frames, you will have to fabricate your own frame tabs for other years.
